Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales cycle for solution based activities through customized product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and hands-on workshops
  • Confidently present industry and domain focused expertise and convey understanding and professionalism to prospective customers
  • Demonstrate business benefits and the value of using the Cloud EPM solution
  • Drive the initial evaluation and qualification of the customer opportunity
  • Maintain product competence by keeping abreast of new product enhancements, product best practices and new product offerings

 Desired skills and experience:

  • More than three years of relevant financial applications experience
  • Experience in multi-product solution selling within the Enterprise Performance Management sector or other similar application software focused on finance
  • Working knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis standards and practices and the associated challenges and pains experienced by finance and the broader business
  • Working knowledge of the monthly close and consolidation process and associated challenges and pains experienced by accounting and the broader business
  • Proven ability to establish credibility with senior finance and accounting professionals.
  • A strong background of solving complex challenges in sophisticated business environments
  • Able to understand and explain business and technical issues related to Customer’s proposed solution
  • Exceptional presentation skills to drive highly compelling meetings and product demonstrations Sales positioning and process experience

The client has been using Hyperion software for 15 Years.  They have been using HFM and FDM based suite of applications nearly 8 years and currently on version 11.2.2.1.  The installation is managed within the finance department, their HFM user community will grow from 120 to 165 users by the end of this year as they add complimentary medical imaging and equipment businesses into their Hyperion installation.

 

They are looking for a highly competent and talented individual to perform all HFM administrator functions, with additional experience in infrastructure support.

 

Essential job skills

A successful candidate will have the knowledge, experience, and flexibility needed to perform the following:

·       Administration, maintenance and continued development of the Hyperion Systems.

·       Metadata and data load processes, including validation, to confirm quality and accuracy.

·       Manage HFM user security with efficient strategies.

·       HFM Rules file maintenance and periodic development.

Position Summary:

The duties and responsibilities of the Manager of Oracle EPM Infrastructure & Integration include:

• Installation and configuration of key business systems and related tools on various operating system environments, including UNIX, Linux, and Windows Server

• Development of data integration processes (from source to target systems) utilizing Visual Basic scripting, ANSI/SQL coding, Jython, and other integration modeling tools

Responsibilities

  • Define and roll out an internal/partner enablement program leading to certification
  • Define learning paths, design, develop, and maintain course materials for partners and employees.
  • Develop, deliver and manage training for emerging technology solutions/products collaborating with SMEs in Services Consulting and Product Management
  • Manage LMS replacement including pilots with various stakeholders, implementation, rollout and maintenance
  • Support pre-sales activities related to our training offerings
  • Build awareness of our training offerings internally and externally through different communication channels: Sales Brown Bags, collateral, newsletters, Website presence, etc.

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in a lead or managerial Education Services role preferably for a SaaS company
  • Solid experience and proven success defining and implementing cross-departmental Education Services initiatives for customers, partners, and employees
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), competitive offerings, responsible for defining requirements, vendor selection and implementation
  • Analysis of complex training challenges to present effective educational solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, establish excellent relationships with extended training team as well as with product management, product marketing, consulting, product development and support.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects and adhere to project schedules
